Description: This credential training course provides participants with the knowledge and hands-on experience required to properly install and inspect press-connect piping systems using ProPress and MegaPress technologies. Participants will learn the fundamentals of press technology, including system components, tool operation, jaw selection, and proper installation techniques for copper and carbon steel piping systems. The course covers key topics such as pipe preparation, pressing procedures, troubleshooting, and manufacturer-recommended best practices. Upon successful completion, participants will earn a credential demonstrating their competency in ProPress and MegaPress systems, enhancing their qualifications and job readiness in the field.

You will receive your certificate and credit upon successful completion of the course. No-Show/Cancellations Policy: Please be aware that cancellations made less than two days before the class begins, or failure to attend, will result in a $50.00 fee. Failure to comply will result in being removed from class, and forfeiture of your class deposit. |
ARPEC’s training, funded via the labor contract’s hourly contribution, requires no registration fee or deposit. However, if you cancel within two days before the start of the class, or do not attend the class in full, you will be charged $50.00. If that occurs, that invoice must be paid in full before you can register for future classes. As an employee benefit trust, ARPEC is legally required to be a good steward of the trust's assets.
